INTRODUCING Your Neighborhood Ambassadors
For more information about how these folks are helping, see below.

New Board Members Wanted:

The GPNA currently has two seats available for Gerstle Park residents who want to get involved in nurturing, protecting and evolving our community and the land it sits on. Ideal candidates will be good communicators, willing to jump in and lend a hand, have ideas about how to improve the neighborhood and have a good sense of humor! If interested please e-mail Muriel@gerstlepark.com. Thank you!

EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT!!

  • Neighborhood Who-To-Call List You can get a handy and printable list of important numbers right here . Let us know if there are others that you'd like to see added in the future.

  • Traffic Committee Updates: The board has a special Traffic Committee who has been meeting for years in an effort to create unanimous priorities to bring to the city for attention. The list is long, yet recently has been focused on the dangerous intersections at 1st and C, 1st and D and 1st and E. It is unanimously agreed that any changes made at these intersections will have a rippling impact on the surrounding streets, so the goal is to determine the very best solutions for making these intersections effective and safe, to introduce the proposed solutions to the neighborhood, to hopefully implement the solutions and then to move on to addressing the other ways we can make Gerstle Park a safe and pleasant place to walk and drive. If you should see, or are involved in-or are involved in---a traffic related incident, please let us know.
Incident/Accident Report Forms Now On-Line: You can print more Traffic Incident/Accident Forms here.

  • Kids Connect Launch: A great way for Gerstle Park parents and kids to reach and meet each other. GPNA is supporting the efforts of a new group to improve our community by getting folks together. A Yahoo group ListServe was just launched and already neighbors are connecting and making plans. You can join by invitation of the host by emailing Kelly
